Rail Options

Durability that Delivers

Built to withstand the demands of daily training, the Quad Bars are constructed from high-strength Telspar Steel and anchored securely to the floor for maximum stability. The uprights and holes are laser-cut for precision and powder-coated in our signature AAI Navy Vein. 

Adjustment Heights

The lowest setting is approximately 8” from the floor to the top of the bar and the highest setting is 64” from the floor to the top of the bar. When adjusting the bar, loosen the spin lock and pull the snap lock out and adjust a couple of holes on each end at a time. When the bar is set where you want it, make sure the snap lock is in the hole, and tighten the spin lock. Do not overtighten the spin lock. When not using the bottom setting, make sure to place the safety pin through the hole below the adjust assembly. 

Lowest: Approximately 8” from the floor to the top of the bar 

Highest: Approximately 64” from the floor to the top of the bar

It achieves this through a construction featuring a hollow fiberglass core, securely laminated with a wood veneer on the outside.

On the other hand, the Graphite X-Rail has increased rigidity with approximately 15-17% more graphite strands used in its construction. Like the E-Rail, it also has a hollow fiberglass core and is securely laminated with a wood veneer on the exterior. CLASSIC Conversion Kit

The Conversion Kit is designed for use with the CLASSIC Uneven Bars. Once the kit is installed, the height of the top bar can be adjustable from 94 ½ inches to 104 ¼ inches in 50 mm increments. While the low bar can be adjustable from 63 inches to 72 ¾ inches in 50 mm increments. This allows the adjustment to meet current FIG and NCAA height and width specifications.
