Rail Options

Choose between 6’ or 8’ rails to suit your gym layout and training goals. 

Durability that Delivers

Built to withstand the demands of daily training, the Quad Bars are constructed from high-strength Telspar Steel and anchored securely to the floor for maximum stability. The uprights and holes are laser-cut for precision and powder-coated in our signature AAI Navy Vein. 

Adjustment Heights

The lowest setting is approximately 8” from the floor to the top of the bar and the highest setting is 64” from the floor to the top of the bar. When adjusting the bar, loosen the spin lock and pull the snap lock out and adjust a couple of holes on each end at a time. When the bar is set where you want it, make sure the snap lock is in the hole, and tighten the spin lock. Do not overtighten the spin lock. When not using the bottom setting, make sure to place the safety pin through the hole below the adjust assembly. 

Lowest: Approximately 8” from the floor to the top of the bar 

Highest: Approximately 64” from the floor to the top of the bar 

Quad Bar Matting

Pair your Quad Bars with our custom-designed mats, available in 6’ or 8’ widths to match your rail length. We recommend 4” mats for optimal support during training. These mats are engineered to fit seamlessly with the system, providing a secure and cushioned surface for every drill.
