What Makes It Different?

Low Density Foam Top

A thin sheet of low-density, single-cell, foam is located directly below the cover.

This is unique to this vault table and gives the table a softer feel on impact and allows athletes to do more repetitions with less impact on their joints.

Foam Block Configuration

Every block in between the two fiberglass shells has been strategically placed to maximize and distribute the rebound evenly across the entire top.

This makes the vault more consistent while still rebounding higher in every location.

Double Fiberglass Shell

The split shell is the most significant difference the new AAI EVO-ELITE® Power Vault Table and other AAI vault tops.

The split shells create a trampoline effect, resulting in more rebound.

The AAI EVO-ELITE® Power Vault Table was engineered with the assistance of a retired Olympic gymnast, who helped provide feedback and create the perfect feel athletes want and expect during vaulting. This table maximizes deflection, lowering the impact force on athletes’ wrists when contacting the table. With a lower impact force and higher deflection than our previous vault table, it delivers a softer feel, reducing athlete injuries and allowing for more repetitions during training sessions.

Grip and Surface

Experience superior grip with the texture of your choice for the vault top – suede or TAC-10. The TAC-10 material is a composite leather that gives incredible grip and less slipping, while suede provides a good balance between traction and comfort. The outer edges of the vault top are covered in a breathable scuba material that permits air to escape during rebound, which then delivers a better ‘pop’ performance for the athlete.

The Round Off Pad is designed for maximum comfort and protection during vault entry. Crafted with a high-quality anti-sting foam and suede surface, this pad cushions the wrists and shoulders during repetitive round-off entries, reducing the impact and strain for more effective vaulting sessions. The Round Off Pad is available in Suede and TAC/10, with the Suede version (416-094) meeting FIG Specification (excludes mini round off pad).

Its durable suede surface offers a soft, secure grip. For added convenience, the pad features hook-and-loop fasteners around the perimeter, allowing it to adhere securely to the vault runway and stay in place during use.
