06/30/2008 - Welcome to Hess's Martial Arts
We are happy to announce that Kirk Hess is bringing his martial arts program to American Pride starting on July 1. Summer classes are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday evenings and new students can come for a free trial lesson. Call the gym at 624-8942 for more information such as class times and levels.
06/29/2008 - FOURTH OF JULY BREAK
No classes the weeks of June 30 - July 13.
Summer Term resumes July 14 - Aug 24.
Martial arts will have classes on July 1, 8 & 10.
Some competitive programs will have practice during the second week the gym is off so please check the website for those practice updates.

NO PRACTICE June 30 - July 13 for Rockets 1
Rockets 2, 3 & 4 - Sunday
Rockets 4 - Sun 1:00-3:00pm Rockets 3 - Sun 3:00-4:00pm Rockets 2 - Sun 5:00-6:00pm
NO PRACTICE on Sunday, July 6 for Rockets 2,3,4
Please make sure you have turned in your signed commitment statement for the coming season.

Our Tumble Buddies class will now be on Thursday from 4:55-5:25pm.
06/17/2008 - Summer Day Camp Schedule
Dates for the 3-day summer day camps - July 21-23, and Aug 25-27
Full day - $98 all 3 days or $35/day
1/2 day - $29 all 3 days or $20 day
After camp movie - $18 all 3 days or $8/day
morning session 9:30-noon, lunch & cartoons noon-1:00pm
afternoon session 1:00-3:30pm, after camp movie 3:30-5:30pm
06/17/2008 - Competitive Gymnastics & Cheerleading Open Practice
This practice will be held on Friday mornings from 10-11:30am for the summer.
Any athlete attending must be able to do a round-off back handspring by themselves. As long as at least 5 girls plan to attend we will have the practice. It will be posted on Thursdays on our website whether or not there are enough students signed up to have the practice.
Anyone who plans to attend will need to sign the sign-up sheet at the front desk by Wednesday each week. There is no extra cost for this practice.
